Aboriginal Jinibara Bark Canoe from Northern Queensland, Australia

An Aboriginal Tied Bark Canoe from the Jinibara People of Northern Queensland. Unlike the Southern Nawi Canoes, this one though similar in basic design, had several sets of supports added and tied to help strengthen the sides, making it more rigid.
