Aboriginal Fitzroy River, Queensland 3 Piece Sewn Bark Canoe

A Bark canoe from the Fitzroy River region of Northern Queensland, based on example found during the 1850's and modeled from research of this type of Canoe. I t was a 3 piece Bark Canoe made of Swamp Mahogany and tied together with Supple-Jack vines.
