Interior concept renders in how I believe a restoration and re-purpose of the historic building could be achieved. Currently at threat of demolition by developers. This building was constructed in 1914 and features many original architectural features.

This was created as a concept example to showcase a small example level scene featuring one of the office space floors for the historic 100 year old Philippine Office building " EL Hoger Filipino built in 1914, Manila, Philippines. This Interior features some interaction of a concept, for a restored Corner Office Space.
